Growbars are easy to grow, exciting seed collections, nestled in fertile coir bars, carefully created and packaged in the UK.

The Medieval Herbs Growbar includes a trio of herbs cultivated in medieval times, prized for medicinal, culinary and household uses.

  • Clary - the flowers made a popular drink before black tea arrived from China. It was thought to relieve eye problems and insomnia.
  • Tansy - used to ward away evil and hung at windows to repel bothersome bugs.
  • Burnet - the young leaves taste cucumber-like and can be used in salads and cooling drinks.

Growbar is 100% eco-friendly. The card packaging can be widely recycled, the film wrap is made from biodegradable sugar cane, and coir is a sustainable alternative to peat that’s made with coconut fibres.

PLEASE NOTE seeds are available for UK orders only. Please be aware that if you order this item to a destination outside of the UK, it will be refunded and not included in your order.
