First produced in the 19th Century Keemun makes the perfect Earl Grey, being subtle and mellow with hints of China smokiness, quite unlike some of the overpowering strong versions found on the market today.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBergamot is a bitter, citrus fruit native to the Calabria region of Southern Italy, it is cultivated for its oils, flavours and heady scent.
