Would you like to learn how make fabulous sourdough bread at home? This sourdough baking starter pack comes from The Wild Baker, Judith Starling. Judith is a sourdough expert who runs workshops from her home in Ewelme and has featured on the BBC’s Countryfile and been recommended by the Daily Telegraph.  

This kit includes a round cane banneton (i.e. a baker's proving basket), a dough scraper, 2 dehydrated starters (which don't require refrigerating or any other care whatsoever until you are ready to start baking) instructions on how to activate and care for your starters, sourdough baking information, sourdough bread recipes as well as a sourdough pizza recipe.

The two wild yeast starters included are an Oxfordshire starter, specially created by Judith several years ago, as well as the famous San Francisco strain loved by professional bakers everywhere.
