Inspired by the Bodleian Libraries The Art of Advertising Exhibition this greetings card features Dudley Hardly's 'Yellow Girl' design

In 1893, Dudley Hardy (1867-1922) created an English school of commercial art with his iconic poster for To-day magazine. His 'Yellow Girl' (as the poster was popularly known) is shown here in the reproduction from Les Maitres de l'Affiche.
