This stunning gold bangle is inspired by gold leaf decoration from the Romance of Alexander the Great medieval manuscript, held in the Bodleian Libraries collection.

Designed exclusively for the Bodleian Libraries by Just Trade, this ethical jewellery is handmade by artisans in a Fair Trade project in Peru using techniques that go back to ancient times. Each piece is handcrafted from a brass sheet and then gold leafed for lustre.
