How often do you re-stock sold out items?
In the event an item is sold out, we typically replenish our stock within a few weeks. Provide your email on the product page to join a waiting list for a notification upon restocking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship internationally, if you have any questions about specific locations please email customerservice@bodleian.ox.ac.uk.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders to within the UK usually arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. Orders to EU and international addresses via Royal Mail usually take 4-6 weeks. Orders to EU and international addresses via DHL usually take 1 week.
Is there tracking with my order?
If your order is going to a UK address, or is under 2kg and going to an EU/international destination, your order will not have tracking information. If your order is over 2kg and going ito an EU/international destination it will have tracking, via DHL.
What carrier services do you use?
We use Royal Mail to dispatch UK orders and EU/international orders under 2kg. We use DHL to dispatch EU/international orders over 2kg.
Do you offer returns?
