In collaboration with Annie Sloan, this original artwork has been created exclusively for Oxfordshire ArtWeeks, inspired by the Bodleian's medieval bestiary collection.

The painting is composed of sweeping brushstrokes, evocative of equine fluidity and movement. Annie employs a sgraffito technique, delicately scratching away layers of paint for added texture and depth.
