'Unknown Book' is a work of art created by Alice as part of the Fifth-Size Book Adventure, a programme for artists in the North East of England hosted by Newcastle Library Service and funded by Arts Council England.
Alice was one of the lead artists on the project and through this publication she shares her process of developing and making 'Unknown Book', as well as the process of self-publishing as an artist.
Illustrated throughout, the book features an introduction to the project, photographs and drawings, writing about the development of the work and some of the considerations to be made during a library based residency project.
